SANITARY HEALTH PASS NEW MEASURES

According to the latest new French sanitary measures, starting 9th August 2021, the Sanitary health pass* becomes COMPULSORY by decree for all clients aged minimum 18 years-old to access the following services of our hotel:

• Accommodation
• Restaurants Tillac and Biobar (breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch)
• Bars (lounge bar and pool bar)
• Deep wellness SPA access and treatments in cabin
• Outdoor infinity pool
• Fitness room

In accordance with regulations, the access to the above services will thus be refused/denied if you do not show your Sanitary health pass*.

(*) the Sanitary health pass means the presentation, via smartphone (app ‘TousAntiCovid’) or paper, of a sanitary proof, among the 3 following options:

• Complete vaccination passport
• Document showing a negative result of a virological test RT-PCR or antigen done within the last 48 hours before entering the hotel
• Certificate of recovery of covid-19: a positive RT-PCR or antigen test dated at minimum 11 days before, and less than 6 months

All the above information is subject to change depending upon the latest government instructions and regulations, you then have to get informed regularly of the evolution of the situation until your arrival.

We also remind you that barrier gestures remain in force, wearing a face mask in all common areas is COMPULSORY.

Your security and the security of our colleagues is our priority, this is why we have set up rigorous health measures along with a new organisation in order to guarantee relaxation and well-being with serenity. You will find hereafter details of these measures (non exhaustive list). These measures are subject to change depending upon government instructions. All those measures are set up for the security and safety of everyone, we hope they will ensure a most pleasant stay.

• Masks will be worn by our entire staff (and depending on the service, « charlotte’, gloves and eyeshade in addition).
• For everyone, respect of ‘barrier’ gestures and maintain a social distance.
• Alcohol-based hand sanitizer at disposal.
• In all common areas, signage for a traffic mobility plan.
• Sanitary kit on sale.
• Cleaning and disinfection according to a strict and rigorous protocol.
• Systematic disinfection planning by our teams.
• Natural airing thanks to very large windows.
• Capacity of restaurant, spa and outside pool will be reduced due to social distance.
• Optimized check in & check out for less contact.
• Luggage service, cloackroom and pool towel will not be available.
• Restaurant and spa menu cards will be available with QR codes.
• Spa opening hours modified.
